How do we work.
Clearmix is very formulaic about how we work with new clients. Not in a bureaucratic way; more in a research intensive way. When we first speak with a potential client, we like to determine everything about their needs. We want to know their existing web development experience, the good and the bad, and want to work together to understand how Clearmix can fit.
What the process is like.
Early on, we do an analysis of what you want. Whether that is photo sharing, video sharing, YouTube integration, employee/premier blogs, member blogs, an email campaign, or one of the hundreds of things not mentioned.
If we both agree that we're a good fit, we then determine your expected timeline, your configuration options, and do some brain storming on the best ways to draw your target into the community. It's important to remember that we only look good if you look good, and you only look good if the deployment is well executed, and your community grows strongly.
"Okay, I know what I want, what now?"
We've worked together to figure out what applications you want, how you want them configured, and how to use these applications to develop a strong community. From here, we take over.
We setup your system for you, we design it to integrate perfectly with your existing site, and work with your existing web hosting company to propagate a sub-domain of your choice to your new community. This means that your visitors will access your new community at community.website.com, where 'community' can be anything you want.
"Okay, we're up and running!"
Great! Now is the fun part. You can market your site anywhere and everywhere. You don't need to worry about traffic! Your users can submit an unlimited number of videos, pictures, comments, ratings, or anything else, without you needing to worry about how to deal with the traffic, security, or scaling.
