Google Analytics Tracking Integration
Mar. 02: With March comes a new upgrade to our analytics measuring. We're happy to announce our integration and adoption of Google Analytics, as our primary statistic and metric tracking service. Google Analytics leads the industry with it's powerful, yet intuitive, reporting that allows you to analyze how your community is being used, it's growth, and breaking down metrics by operating system, browser, location, and much more.
While we are relying on Google Analytics as our primary source for statistical reporting, we are keeping our existing statistics infrastructure for your community, to allow for future applications that will be native to your community. This kind of flexibility will allow us to use Google for their superior reporting capabilities, however maintain our own metric's system for custom reporting and graphics that will be relevant to your unique community.
Our integration with Google Analytics will be managed by your Client Care Representative. They will arrange dates that fit with your schedule to compile and send you reports, outlining major metrics important to your community and it's growth. Any important statistics your organization requires will be handled 100% by your representative, with no experience being required on your side for generating reports through the Google Analytics system. Of course, if you require full access to the interface, we'll walk you through the process, which will give you instant access whenever needed.
