Video Player Upgrade
Feb. 23: We have upgraded to a more community driven and extensible video player entitled the JW Player. The JW Player is backed by LongTail Video, and is the single most powerful and extensible video player available on the market. Chosen as the initial video player by YouTube in late 2005, the JW Player brings with it an open source background, promoting a strong community. This community has driven much of it's JavaScript API, skinning, and add-ons/modules that will allow you to cater your players style and behavior to your unique community's needs.
This integration today also brings with it direct access to over 25 skins, as well as behavioral and style customization. Additionally, 3 add-ons/modules are currently supported, with up to 20 more to come shortly.
