In order to deal with this, we take a number of precautions, including optional NDA's, contracts stipulating date's of press releases (if any), and even masking every piece of data in your community to make it exceptionally difficult for anyone to find out your community is being run by an external company.
We've developed the technology and the Client Care system to accommodate privacy at every corner. Any communication exchanges are done through a secured network, and all your content (eg. contracts, privacy agreements, etc.) are stored on an external system that cannot be accessed through the internet.
