HeyWatch! Primary Video Encoding API Integration

HeyWatch! runs an enterprise level video encoding web service. Through this web service, they allow third parties to tap into a large scale server infrastructure for video encoding and processing.
The web service they run maintains one of the better API's available for video encoding API's. It was well thought out and well executed, and allows web development firms to streamline the video encoding process unlike ever before.
Integration
Our integration with HeyWatch! was as friendly as could be. While the process took weeks of tweaking and optimization on our end, the initial proof of concept (POC) took no more than a full working day for our engineers.
With their software and hardware, we're able to encode an infinite number of videos at different dimensions, aspect rations, and qualities, and have these new videos available for streaming or progressive downloading within minutes.
We couple HeyWatch!'s superior service with our Amazon S3 File Storage system to ensure that video scaling will not be an issue. As a middle man, we then install the SimpleCDN layer between Amazon and the client to ensure the fastest possible viewing across the globe.
Finally, in a bid to ensure video encoding processing during times of HeyWatch! upgrades, as well as during peak performance, we have installed a secondary video encoding service through our work with Encoding.com, as well as redundant FFmpeg servers for encoding by our own system.
